authentic looking medical files/papers

Hi everyone, I'm working on a Halloween film and I have a few scenes involving the medical files of some characters, including Michael Myers. I was just trying to see if anyone has links to or pictures of authentic medical files/criminal files/ reports/ things like that, that you would find in a persons's medical/criminal record. For michael obviously there'd be more, like research, classified files dealing with the murder of judith when he was six, maybe papers that dr. loomis wrote while working with michael as a child. Just standard papers, and kind of a family tree looking thing.
