Hey. I don't know how many peope already know this, but I just read that shooting starts this October for 'Land of the Dead' - the fourth film in Romero's Dead trilogy. Romero will write and direct the film, which is set many years after day of the dead. This time, the subtext focuses on society's attitude to the homeless - which is how zombies are treated in the film. As they are now less of a threat, they are shunned by wealthy people. But then, of course, the zombies revolt. Anyone got any other information?

i heard that the living are in walled up cities and the rich and elite live in high rise apartments were they are so far above everyone else. I really like that image, sounds like Romero!

oh .. about the time placement of the film... It was like what, 18 years since Day was released? The film will take place 18 years later.

They will probably butcher this film in the editing but i know they will bring out the full uncut one sooner or later.
