Hey guys (and girls), Great forum! I thought I'd throw our newest short film out there for a little critique. My partner and I shot this in about 28-1/2 total hours (3 days) of production, and about a month of editing. It was shot with the original DVX100 (no lens adapter, etc.). It is only our second film together, and I'm just looking for some honest comments from those "in the know". Possible SPOILERS for those who haven't watched it.
Thanks for posting, I really like the Pennyflix logo/opening credits. You got a couple of really good actors! I think the throat cutting scene cut have been handled more effectively, I would have liked to see the blood gushing out of the wound. But in any case, a quality short film and Lindy is quite an amazing actress. Maybe we shouldn't root for Val ... maybe that makes us as bad as Val's husband, but what the hell! lol. Good job.

I have to agree with you about Lindy, she is amazing on screen. She is an Orlando, FL based actress that is so incredibly dedicated to her craft. She actually kept us (the crew) in line when we got off track a couple of times. We've worked with her now on two projects, and I would highly recommend her to anyone!
