Film Festivals Accepting Horror - Part II

Why is this thread titled, Part II? Because Part I is unfinished and will be posted later. Part I is a huge list of popular film festivals open to various categories of movies, including horror. Part II is a much shorter list of those festivals that cater specifically to fantasy and horror. The list is by no means "complete." If anyone knows of any other festivals, please post an addition. Much information about these festivals can be obtained by doing a "Google" search and visiting the official festival website.
