I'm not sure if this belongs here but I didn't know where else to put it.
Anyways I'm wondering if there is a program/software or some way to restore low resolution video. I have an old 15 minute short I made about 6 years ago and I had only 1 copy on DVD but the DVD was damaged. I managed to recover the video but its now extremely low quality and I need a way to bring it back to DVD quality. Even VHS quality would be better than what it is at now. Any help would be MUCH appreciated.
