Have you noticed when you come online there's not too many new messages or members online?
On a different forum I saw they had web meets. At a set time, on a set day, For Instance, Saturday, 8 o'clock, Most members would come online. That way it's easier to talk to people [Practically Instantly] In one particualr part of the forum. Plus More people would post at that time. Thus making new posts to read, which have been posted more recently.
