You'll need to obtain a license and probably pay royalties. May want to reconsider or have someone do a 'like' song with similar lyrics and melody.

As a film composer, it unfortunately is a common practice for filmmakers to illegally use unlicensed songs in their films. I've noticed this at alot of festivals. I don't recommend this because the price of a lawsuit is not worth it. It is honestly pretty easy to get composers to submit "imitation" songs for little to no money. FYI, even if the song you want to use is "old" I think the copyright laws only consider music written over 100 years ago as fair game. Hope this helps.
