I am currently in pre-production of a low (make that NO) budget horror film in Australia.

We're shooting on 3CCD digital and I just found a guy who can do it with BETA and I was wondering what the pro's and con's were for each.

I am hoping to tour it at feature festivals so film is an obvious benefit, but digital is just so tempting...

Help please

Depends if you mean 3ccd MiniDV or DigiBeta?

If that is the case, then definitely shoot DigiBeta, you will get a far superior picture.

Also, if you can afford to shoot DigiBeta, then there is a strong case for shooting HD, as the post costs will be roughly similar.
