Distribution online question...?

Hey everyone.

I was just wondering what people recomend for "Online" distribution of short films? Do you guys just post the whole film in Quicktime/Windows Media or a link to a zip file? What do you find you get the best reaction from (audience wise) and doesn't kill bandwidth?

Quality/Size
Divx for DVD-Quality with minimum size

Standard usually larger files with quality resolutions
Quicktime
MPEG
WMV

.RM Very poor Video(pixelated) but rather small mb video.

Personally i would go with either Quicktime or WMV.
