Low bugdet trailer recommendations?

Hello,

I'm a film and television student doing some research for a production assignment. I was wondering if someone might be able to recommend to me some good, low budget horror movies; or better yet, some well-crafted trailers for films of that sort. Any movie that manages to create fear and tension without relying heavily on special effects would be particularly useful to me.
