what up. i just bought my first film camera, so i'm new to using anything other than dv. i bought a belle howell super 8 zoom 1201. yea, its a long name. i havent found much info about this camera on the internet and i was hoping if someone on here might be able to help me. right below the lense there is a square with a peice of class covering a hole that has what seems to be some kind of orange light? also what type of film can i use for this camera, it has no sound capabilities and i didnt know if it needed a certain speed, thats what i read somewhere. also there is a button and when you press it a little ball moves and next to it say: 2-4-8-12-20-50 inf ft. so im assuming that has to do with focus? can image be uploaded on this forum? i dont have a website. if anyone could help me out it would be greatly apreciated, im extremelly new to super 8. thanks in advance. -brandon

They have stopped making 8mm sound film now, the best type of film is the kodak Kodacrome film. U will get 50ft for about £12 wich is about three mins. Kodak will also develop the film for free but u will have to pay to get it transfered to digital.
