i want to but the Sony DCR-VX2100. i was wondering is that a good camera. I t has good reviews and i seen people use it. But is it good for movie making? Thanks for any information.

it sure is! as long as it has a decent lens, perhaps a carl zeiss, sony is know to use good lenses. but this camera is pretty intense, you shouldn't buy it if you don't have that much experience! but if you think you're up for a cam like this, it is one hell of a cam!

yah i know im ot gettign it for another year or 2 im starting off with a JVC-GRD72U...if you know that camerea is that oen good at all to cos i know a couple peopel that use it but not many

It's a good camera - shoots with a decent progressive mode - if you can get one lightly used you will save yourself a ton of cash.
