Help... Need idea's!!!

I have an awsome location all ready to use for Sept / October of this year. It is an ultra-secluded  property with a total of 4 cabins. It is located about 1/2 mile off the main road deep in the woods. The dirt road leading up to it is not much wider than a car. 3 of the cabins are run down to the point of looking like something straight out of a horror movie. The other one I dont want to use. I have a script written but I'm not sure if it's the way I want to go. I want the movie to be a "Mockumentary" (ala Blair Witch) I wont say what my idea is but I would like to hear what some other people would do given the setting. I just feel as though my script is missing something. I dont want it to just be another SLASHER film... I want it SCARY, FUN & CLEVER!!! Any idea's are greatly appreciated. Thanks, jason
