The title of the story is ‘The Prince of Whales’.

The synopsis of the story is as following:

Dr. Joan a young marine scientist from New York developed a device that can translate the sound language of the whales into common human speech.

A group of scientists invited her to Hawaii for a demo. She went to Hawaii to give a demo. In the Hawaiian international airport while waiting for her baggage she accidentally took a different suitcase, which was exactly like hers.

It belonged to a mafia gang. The suitcase contained an important disc that has most valuable information about the legendary goldhill in the Pacific Islands. The scientists received Dr. Joan. She gave the demo of her device that can translate the whales’ sound language into human speech. The scientists were thrilled. They invited her to go into the sea in their sophisticated vessel and do her research on whale behavior. She was excited to go with the scientists. She asked her cousin Sam to go with her to assist her in her research.

Dr. Joan and her cousin Sam went with the group of the scientists. Sam can hear but he cannot speak. He lost his speech in an accident. He is a computer expert and the best swimmer. The vessel moved towards unnamed Islands in the Pacific Islands.

The scientists were trying to use Dr. Joan’s device to communicate with the whales. They asked her to tell the whales to show them the way to the legendary goldhill. Sam and Dr. Joan slowly realized that the scientists and the vessel crewmembers were bunch of crooks, pirates and notorious villains who were searching for the goldhill in the pacific Islands.

The whales were responding and every thing was okay. The whales sensed some thing horrible and suddenly disappeared. The mafia gang came in a seaplane and started shooting at the vessel. The mafia ninja gang came and kidnapped Dr. Joan. While they were taking her to the seaplane Sam screamed at them and he regained his speech. He tried to rescue her. He jumped into ocean. Then a huge whale swallowed Dr. Joan and Sam and disappeared without a trace. The news reached Hawaii coast guard. Dr. Joan’s parents complained against the scientists. The coast guard arrested the scientists and the crewmembers.

The mafia gang and the scientists were shocked about the whole thing. They realized that they work for the same boss. They became friends in the custody. Their regional bosses came and bailed them out. They started their expedition to find the goldhill but as a search team. Now they got all government permits to go and search for Dr. Joan and Sam.

In the belly of the whale Dr. Joan suddenly realized that Sam regained his speech. The whale took them to the Goldhill Island and vomited them there. The Island was like heaven on earth. Dr. Joan and Sam spent a day and enjoyed the loneliness.

Next day they started building thatched house for their stay. They realized that there was no way for them to leave the Island. One day the seawater covered the whole Island. Dr. Joan and Sam reached a mound. They stayed there for the whole night. They became wife and husband in a natural way. The seawater went down and they came down and found some caves. They settled in the cave. They were hoping for some one to find them someday.

Many interesting turns happened and finally the mafia members found the Goldhill Island. Dr. Joan finally got the contact with the FBI. All the mafia members were arrested. But the FBI faced a peculiar problem to identify the mafia members.

The underground Don who was a wanted criminal for his inhuman scientific inventions cloned all the mafia members illegally and started using them in his illegal operations. FBI faced a dilemma in identifying the originals and their clones.

Finally the whales helped the FBI to identify the originals and the clones. A new concept to treat the criminals as mentally sick persons was introduced. The goldhill was turned into a tourist resort Island. The criminals were placed in the mental hospital there on the Goldhill Island.

Dr. Joan and Sam had moved to the Island and started research in all walks of life. The Island became an independent Island under the supervision of US government with self-rule status. The UNO had encouraged all kinds of research scholars on the Island. All the criminals, mafia members, terrorists, suicide bombers and all sorts of fanatics were admitted there and were treat with a different approach.
