gore flick

Alright I've just started writing a gore flick that will run roughly for about an hour. We're basically making this to show people what we can do and to raise money for our bigger production. I'm just curious if anyone else has ever made an all out splatter flick. How much plot did you put into it? How deep did things run? I'm just curious because while I wanna make a gore flick I don't want to make it too mindless ya know? Any help would be appreciated.

If your making a gore flick that is almost an hour long then why not try to make it 80 mins and make a movie out of it.

I didnt have a chance to make any such flick... and if I did I would go all the way.
