hey i was just wondering how long it took most of you guy to write the script for your movies?

I find it varies a lot. For a feature at least a month but some take me much longer (6 months) if I'm working on more than one project at a time.

By the time you add in all the editing and rewrites and re-reads, my guess is a minimum of 2 to 2.5 hours per page to have it polished. Half that time to get in in the first draft.

took me almost 9months - but that was in the middle of university, so ....

I'll let you know when I'm finished with mine...been working on it for a few months now when I get the time for it (between work and school) and I'm about 50 pages in.
