I'm sure this is an all too common question, but it's one that has been plaguing me for some time now...
I'm one of those people that has a firm handle on working my ideas into a full-length feature, I can provide a detailed outline of the events as they'd occur, complete character sketches, detailed locations, etc... But I dont feel that writing dialogue is exactly a strong suit of mine. Would it be more beneficial to myself to provide all of the details in the form of a concise treatment or should I attempt to write it out in script format dialogue and all??
What would be my best option as far as trying to take my projects to the next level??
I'd appreciate any opinions or suggestions on the matter, thanks for everything...

If dialogue isn't your strong suit, I think you should team up with another writer who does have that skill. You can be a good writer but still not have an ear for dialogue. And there's no way to cover up sub-par dialogue in a screenplay like you can in a novel or short story.
