ok i wanted to know how you film peoples relection in mirrors without having the camera or crew show up aswell?

There are two ways to do this, one is to angle the camera so that nothing unwanted is visible (obviously this is not a 'straight-on' viewpoint).
The other, is to build a fake mirror and use a stand-in in the foreground while your actor sits on the other side 'in the reflection' and acts as if they are looking at themselves.

so when a scene starts off and like we think we are actually looking at the actors, but turns out we are looking at there reflections. they just use a normal camera at an angle?

Yes. There is nothing special required to shoot 'into' a mirror.
Just frame your shots carefully to avoid reflecting your crew and equipment. ;D
