hi, i dont know if this is the right forum for it, but I was wondering if anyone knew of any good tutorials/programs for making a custom DVD and dvd menu for the movie....as well as how to export the movie from Premier Pro to a DVD that is playable on most/all DVD players at the highest quality possible. I just want to know what tools I need, or rather, programs, as well as how to do it. thanks.

I suggest using Sonic MyDVD. I use it for everything and absolutely love it. The quality is great and it's very easy to use. You can find custom menu tutorials all over google for it as well. It pretty much supports just about any video type as well and I've yet to have anyone tell me a copy won't play for them so it's compatible with all DVD players. So yeah, my vote goes to Sonic MyDVD.
