Does anyone on this site have a DVD distributor? I would like to know which distributor would be good to go with that wouldn't rip you off, and would put your movie in actual stores i.e. BestBuy, Block Buster, etc. I have heard good things about Brain Damage films, but do not know if the put DVD's in commercial markets or not. Also, what is the best method for getting a distributor to look at your film.

Have you ever checked out custom flix or lulu.com? They offer print-on-demand services for dvds. If you have a website, you can link a buy button back to them. I guess you could order some and see if your local Blockbuster store would put them on the shelf. A nice feature about both companies is you get to set your own selling price.

Don't know about "lulu" as I've never heard of them before, but CustomFlix only does DVD-R not DVD. Just something to consider. Filmbaby.com is also an option, but you have to provide them with stock. Same guys as CDBaby.com
