Kragen's Auto Supply has several manual pumps, so you can fake heartrate gushing, that are normally for emptying out crank cases.
I bought quite an array of them just recently, all for about 25 bucks and they work great.
Note: Each one is good for different fx...you might want one of each.
There is also something called a Hudson sprayer that will literally blast liquid from itself...originally for bugspray, thinner formulations of blood work very well with this device. Orchard Supply, Lowe's, Home Depot, all carry this item.
Note: You will probably want to get a lot of extra tubing as well, in order to run the blood lines to body locations while leaving the pump easily accessible to the one pumping.

pump up weed poison sprayers work well plus they have a very easy to use trigger for any type of gush, just make sure the poison is washed away first!

I bought a mask from an halloween shop and you could pump out the eyeball so i ripped the pump off and stuck a tube in there. For years i have used the same mechanism and it has worked all the time.
