Easy body parts on a budget . for arms get those latex gloves fill them with foam rubber or cotton you can even get a wire hanger and make a simple armature inside the glove so you can manulipate it and cut sleves from a shirt and build an arm out of news paper or foam rubber. and paint the glove with acrlyc paints . the easiest way to cheat these things is depending on how good your paint jobs are rember texture and if they are zombies they dont exactly have to be 100% For quick heads i builtup foam wig heads. also you may want to consider using gelliton on some of these projects . its cheap, easy and affordable. all on a budget with more money you could do more complicated stuff

I've seen some low budget stuff that worked pretty well, but then again the movie was supposed to be campy. What they did for this movie was stuff pantyhose with cotton and then soak it in blood, if you are on a super ultra low budget then this could be one option. If however you are willing to spend a bit more cash you can go this route:
Go to an ethnic specialty food store where they sell supplies for making sausages (i.e. Italian, Portueges, Polish, German. etc.) Ask them if they sell sausage casings, which are actually the skin of pigs intestines. Once you get them you have to soak them in warm water with the juice of a lemon for 5-10 minutes to rehydrade them. Once that is done you need to carefully remove them one by one and carefully open one end and blow into it. Run some water into them to remove the salt. Next you'll need to find a big plastic syringe. Roll the the casing on the syringe kinda like a condom, make sure you tie one end off. Fill the syringe with a mixture of vaseline and blood (more vaseline than blood, it should still be thick. Also you don't have to go high end on this, dollar store petroleum jelly works just as well, actually even better) and start to fill the casing unrolling it from the syringe as you go, not too much or the will burst(If you really wanna fill these things up you should double or triple the casing). Once you get the desired length you need to begin colouring them. I recommend an alcohol wash with cream make-ups (good make-up not cheap stuff, invest in some kryolan colours and ben nye wheels they are the backbone of most FX). Colour them to the desired colour (if your not sure find some reference pics on the net). Lastly, i would cover them in some watery blood and KY Jelly (or any brand of water-based lubricant, go generic if you can, it's cheaper). They may not look like the best intestines ever but will look pretty nasty and will work well on film. Remember, it's very unlikely that you will be showing work to a panel of surgeons so you can get away with things that aren't totally realistic.

A good cheep way to make fingers, toes, hands, feet is by using liquid latex. Put about 5 or 6 layers of latex on your model, use a hair dryer to speed it up. Once it's good and dry, powder it, pull it off by turning it inside out, powder again and there you go. Fill the part with cotton, put on some fake nails, blood and make up.
