CGI?

AJ can u e-mail me a simple tutorial at [e-mail] on how to do CGI the way you did. I'm making a movie and need to learn CGI. I would really appreciate it.

Sorry horror4ever, but there isn't really any quick or easy way to learn the techniques of post-production effects and 3d art.

The best advice I can give you, is to search sites like 3D Cafe and look at the various tutorials they have posted, these should point you in the right direction.

Your local bookstore will also have a large selection of tutorial books for all the main effects and rendering packages.

Thanks anyways. I'll try what you said. I just have a question. How long did it take you before you understood how to do it? Cause if it takes to long I might just get you to do it for me.

How long does it take to learn? I guess you never really stop learning new tricks, i've been doing this professionally for over ten years now, and I still find things to try for the first time!!!

I've just finished the script and I'm half way through filming but I've been having trouble with the cast so if the movie does go on I think I'm gonna get you to do the CG crow. I'll send you a private message when the time comes. Thanks.
