Anybody know where I can find a baldcap with pins in it (resembling Pinhead)?
OR
Anyone have any suggestions as to how to create that effect?

cut your pins (or nails) down to your ideal size.
use a glue gun and put tiny blots of glue on each nail and set them on a flat surface (maybe on a piece of wax paper)
let them dry... then with an exacto knife cut away excess glue, leaving a flat surface to stick them on the actor with spirit gum or liquid latex... then cover visible "glue base" (or whatever you want to call it) with make up..
i'm no expert but just a suggestion!

That's a great idea, Brain Eater! For safe and lightweight "nails" I'm planning on cutting and painting bristles of those combs with the "balls" at the end of each plastic bristle. I think your suggestion will work well.
Thanks!

I can tell you since I am a hellraiser fan that it actually shows how they do it in I think hellraiser deader if I remember right. The pins aren't even pins they are just pieces of wooden dowel that have wooden balls attached to them and then are painted. They found that the real pins were to hard to pick up on camera and shifted far too much.
