i need help making a elmo head for a elmo suit. it says foam but how would i get that round shape what would i need?

You could use wire to make a sort of skeleton to wrap the foam around in the shape you want. I would ask someone at a costume shop or bette yet, a craft store how to do it, I'm sure they can point you in the right direction.
