problems with blood spray

i bought a garden sprayer from my local dollar store and when i went to test it it already had a liqid in it so i exchanged it for another it also had liquid in it and see i dont need any lawsuits is this normal for a garden sprayer and if so what is the liquid as i was standing out dorrs and wasnt going to get down on the grass to smell it to make sure it wasnt an insecticide or anything

It may have ben pesticide. I wouldn't reccomend using it to spray blood. Try Wal-Mart or Home Depot, they should have all purpose garden sprayers that come without anything in them already. Just check them out before you buy it. They should be under $15.
