Need help with slashes

OK, so I'm doing something similar to the Halloween opening sequence (where Myers murders his sister in one long POV shot) and I need help. I'm doing the pov shot and im going to kill someone, but I dont know how to do it. I cant really stab this person, how do I make it look like i stabbed them in a pov shot. (And no, i really dont want to do the "look at my hand while stabbing" shot.) Thanks!

Not reaaly very gory I'm afraid ;D, and not too sophisticated either but try soaking a sponge in fake blood, squeeze some of it out, put it under their clothes then stab them with a knife that collapses into its handle where the sponge is so that the blood goes on to the clothes
