I need to make a mold of my actresses hand, how do i do it?

and what could i use for finger nails, because the scene involves a person pulling out the finger nails with pliers.

price wont be an issue, but i don't want to pay too much yah know what I mean.

Thanks man, that helps a lot. It seems pretty easy, and very cheap. Also the scene I'm going to have low lighting so the details on the hand wont have to be that good.
