Voice talent needed

I am working on a 3D animated feature film, Matsy Palmer, that also breaks down into 10 cliffhanger episodes. A pitch has been submitted to Adult Swim for consideration but the full feature will be released to DVD later this year if a deal is not found. Distribution is guaranteed through Amazon.com. Currently looking for several good female voices for some of the main characters. Accents needed (if possible): Russian, East Indian, Southern, German, and Valley girlish.
