Screenwriter wanted for vampire flick

Looking for a screenwriter to write a 50 page vampire story. My plot idea would be to have a teenage girl move into a small town that is being terrorized by a tribe of young female vampires. Think "Lost Boys" or "Ginger Snaps".

Please only experienced screenwriters with knowledge of three act structure.

Budget is in low four figures, movie to be shot with DVX100A.
