This is a drama I am working on, titled Bring me to Life.
Caty, 13, is a young girl who forces herself into wearing short clothes to impress someone. However, she is always wearing long sleeve shirts because of the fact that she is a self-mutialtor.

Hey, we just got done filming a few scenes. I shot the opening credits. Then, we shot a scene where Lysa (Priscilla Abulencia) tells Caty (Amy Bailey) that she can't go to a party. Then, we shot the party scene. Finally, we shot a scene where Lysa beats Caty. She takes the dog and leaves. We watched it to make sure the editing was fine. I hope to have it done soon!

We continued shooting today. We shot two scenes. I finally got the Evanescence song, "Bring me to Life" onto a tape. I had a CD player outside and shot the first scene. It took us about twenty minutes to shoot a three minute scene.
Me and Amy (who plays Caty) watched the scene, and I was IMPRESSED by the music. It came in like it was recorded onto the movie after the scene was shot.
Next, we shot a scene where this robber (me) tries to rob stuff, and Caty (Amy) walks in.
Amy had to be pushed into the water three times! We shot the first take, which only showed me pushing her. The second take is of her falling in and the third take is of her in the water.
We will continue shooting once sunset comes (in about two hours).

Filming on this movie is going very slow. Over the past two weeks, we have only shot two or three scenes.
After the robbing scene, Caty gets beat ... again. Luckily, she escapes the attacker.
She falls asleep in the grass after chasing after a car.
She wakes up, steals a bike and car.

Thanks everyone. I am sorry to report that it will be a while before this movie is released to the public. I am currently re-scripting the big finale.
Amy Bailey, who plays Caty, went back to Kentucky today. It will be two weeks before she returns, but by then I will be finishing The Drummer's Peace, so the finale will not filmed until September, October at the latest.
Then, we have do the worse part ... reshooting on a few scenes and I have to refilm the titles... the music was not right.
Filming dates: June 4, 2004 - ?, 2004

Due to some technical problems, I am not going to be able to film the movie anymore. However, not all is lost. I plan to film to ending credits and have a small movie viewing with me and the cast involved. Together, we are all going to decide whether or not to release the movie.
If we do, you all will be one of the first to know!

After finally have found the footage and vieiwing it, I can determine that it is going to be hard to edit, because it's 30 minutes in complete form - I hope to film some stock footage, maybe that should bring it up to 45 minutes!

Bring me to Life is finished! It has been copied to VHS and it is up for ordering! Contact me at thareelkid2003@yahoo.com to order it.
Its' sequel, As if Life Wasn't Hard Already, is getting ready for post-production!
A third BMTL film, currently titled, Breaking the Habit, will hopefully begin shooting in early 2006, which will be the first BMTL movie not to feature Amy Bailey. I will write the script and cast.

Okay, more news. After feeling disappointed in both movies because of their running time, I have decided to edit the two films together with brand new music! It's completely finished and runs 67 minutes, our longest movie yet.
Order by e-mailing: prince13brandon@aol.com
I should have a trailer for this up soon!
