Hello fellow horror fans!!
I made a 30 minute horror/comedy called GRANDMA'S SECRET RECIPE about a homicidal Grandmother who kills her snotty beyotch of a grand-daughter with an ice-pick.
Why did she do it? Because she grew up to be an ungrateful spoiled little brat and wasn't worthy of the family blood! But the real problem is what to do with the body! Poor old Granny can't get rid of it on her own, so she enlists the help of her Momma's Boy of a son, who must overcome his overactive anxiety in order to help out his dear sweet mother. Sure this may not be a movie for everybody, but if you are into darkly comical horror films with some really cool GORE effects, GRANNY may have just the recipe you're looking for. The flick gets really gruesome, especially towards the second half and features a cameo by Felissa Rose ( SLEEPAWAY CAMP's "Angela" ) as a newscaster. The flick premiered theatrically at the FLASHBACK WEEKEND Horror convention in AUGUST 2002 and the audience really "ate it up!" It was made for about $3000 and I'm currently working on a sequel.
