The 2nd Annual Substream Film Festival is currently accepting film and video entries. Works of all genres and lengths are invited to submit.
The goal of the SFF is to provide fringe filmmakers a forum to screen their work in. Low/No Budget films, underground films, experimental, essay films, animation, student, horror, sc-fi, documentary and narrative are all welcome. The more unique and challenging your film is, the better.
