First Thoughts
Who says remakes have to suck. The Note(Remake) far surpasses the original. Playing far less like the typical slasher fair and more like an episode of The Twilight Zone with elements of The Ring sewn in.

Story
Tom Smith is just an ordinary guy. But, when a strange note appears on his door, it paves the way for the return of an old evil. When Tom reads the words written in the note aloud, evil is released and Tom may be its first victim. Can Tom somehow find a way to close the Pandora’s Box he's opened and keep the note from falling into the wrong hands?

Closing
This short is definitely worth watching. If you’re sick of watching the standard Serial Killer kills helpless teens and want to watch something different give “The Note” a try. You’ll be pleasantly surprised.
