Looking for a good all around crew.

I'm from tampa Fl. and trying to start making movies, any type of movies, not just Horror, although that's my fav. I'm a good camera man and have a Canon GL-2 with alot of extras, and still buying more. I'm just looking for a group of serious people interested in making some films and don't mind working with a newbie, I'm a talented newbie, but still a newbie. I have a great idea for a zombie movie but just am not a good enough script writer, and my last project Hunted, I did everything and don't want to get into that situation again, so if interested drop me a line.

I have a couple I deas, a working script, I'm looking for possibly a writer, an assistant director, or director, a sound guy/girl, and a lighting guy/girl.
