We will be shooting Thunder Hills with this camera and I was wondering if anyone had any tips that I can use when shooting (we have partenered up with another production company called Babyann Productions and we are using theres). Just stuff to make it easier, look good, etc.
I'd really appreciate it!

I personally love it!...But it has too much depth of field. So what you can do is always try too have something in the foreground of a shot thats "soft". This'll create a nice "filmish" look! Also, use "zoom Focus" its a lot easier. The camera also has the ability to use other lenses. Wide lenses, Long lenses...... I'm not sure if you know all this or not....you probabley do, but if not, You should always light video like film.....Its also capable of doing focus pulls, and rack focuses. Okay, thats all for now.....

Try using a 1/2 or 1/4 Black Pro Mist filter. It softens the edges. Use soft light whenever possible. Shoot zoomed in to drop the depth of field. Use lights. Take your time.
