My wife and I are expecting our first child, so some of my equipment needs to go! Therefore I am offering the following equipment for sale. I’d prefer to sell as one lot. I’m looking for around £1450 for the lot. But don’t be afraid to make me an offer! It’s a bargain for any indie filmmaker out there. Camera is in London, UK.

Camera is in excellent working condition, very quiet and has performed superbly for me. It is missing one of the pins in the amphenol plug at the back (power connector) which means that it does not run with the crystal-sync at present. The built-in speed governor produces a perfectly stable running speed without the sync, but it would be best to get it done at some point, the Crystal Sync would offer a lot more options in frame rate control. Arriflex quoted me around £150 for the replacement job a year ago.

Okay. This camera is now sold, but I still have the Fluid Head and legs.

Anyone interested in a Ronford Baker F15 and a set of medium legs? £375 including cases.

Quite a bargain when you consider that the legs alone cost over £800 plus VAT to buy new. The head would set you back over £3000 for the latest version, and even the travel cases are £100 each.

So, any UK filmmakers want to pick up a bargain? I can e-mail pictures to any interested parties.
