I dont have any lights to sell but you can usually find 500 WATT Halogen work lights at Dollar General or Family Dollar for around $10. You can also usually find them at Lowes or Wal-Mart for just a little bit more.
Also, keep an eye out for good lights at places like Salvation Army or GoodWill. I seen some pretty cool work lights w/ stand for $5 a piece one time. Sadly, they were already sold just waiting for the owner to come get them.
But if you can't get the lights then shoot your scenes on a cloudy day then darken the video in post. Or you can shoot right after the sun goes down and darken the video.
