Hello everyone,
I have begun production on my company's first full length film. It is a horror film that is similar to Halloween or Friday the 13th. I am looking to find someone to help me with the digital effects for the kill scenes. I want the movie to look as perfessional as I can for my first film, so I thought I could ask to see if there are any budding effects artists out there that would like to help me make this film as good as I can. I can't pay anything, but anyone wanting to help out will receive full credit for their work.
My hopes are to complete the film this summer and then submit it to multiple film festivals this fall, and ultimately gain distribution. Once that happens, I should be able to get other paying projects going.
The film is being filmed in Piqua Ohio. I am also trying to
find someone with good sound equipment for the outdoor scenes that can either loan it to me or help out on set. The mic I have now will do ok, but as I said before, I want this film to be great, not just good. I am a bit of a perfectionist, so I set my sights high.
