Hello all.
I am just dropping in to tell you all about my latest project, abyssus, which is the latin word for "hell".
The film is like nothing ever created before. Ever.
It could be described as an art film, but it is so twisted and so scary that I don't even know what to label it as myself. It's plot is intricate and simple at the same time, and the only films I can really compare it to plot wise are Suspiria and Carnival of Souls. The best way to describe it is around 64 minutes of pure evil on screen.
I actually had a screening of it for 18 people three nights ago. (Take into consideration, it was a workprint cut.) Out of the 18:
2 got up and left after the 2 min. mark.
3 got physically ill (vomited) during the film.
1 fainted at the end.
I do not lie.
I surveyed every one left and I will quote a few:
"I can not believe what just was infront of my eyes. I honestly can't explain it. That probably was one of the most disturbing things I have ever seen."
"No words explain what I just saw."
"Your film was the most depraved film I have ever seen. Please, don't release it. No one is ready."
I am asking everybody reading this to please build up hype about abyssus as much as you can. This film promises to scare and scar you.

man that sounds really intersting. know its kinda late but hey is there a dvd of the abussus? I haven't seen a really spinechiller since the movie puppet master I saw a while back. Supposedly there's anapther one coming out on june 15th.
