6th annual Faux Film Festival
The Faux Film Festival is the only festival of its kind in the world! Send us your faux trailers, faux commercials, spoofs, satires, music parodies, and mocumentaries. Join us for our 6th un-faux-getable year at the historic Hollywood Theatre! Note that we need both shorts and features, live action and animated (and sock puppets), and have a special block for sci-fi and horror spoofs.

Some reasons to submit to the Faux Film Festival:
1. It's the only film festival of its kind in the world!
2. Spoofs often don't get the respect they deserve at "serious" film festivals or even comedy festivals.
3. Since this is a niche festival, we do not get a large number of general films, thus your chances of acceptance are greater.
4. Submission fees are as low as $5.
5. It's showing on the main screen at the historical Hollywood Theatre in Portland, Oregon.
6. We have never projected a film in the wrong aspect ratio!
7. We can project most digital and HD file formats.
8. We have goofy "trauxphies" for audience award winners!

Early: September 30 2009
Standard: October 31 2009
Late: November 30 2009
Extended: December 31 2009
