Can you trust this site?

I stumbled upon this site for screenwriters and it just looks too good to be true.

Does anyone have any experience with this site? I'm from Europa so I don't know too many of the american systems, and I always think there will be a hidden fee to be payed...so anyone?

It's all free! The only problem is sometimes it takes months to get a response. I don't think it has enough regulars to keep it moving.
