"CURSE OF THE ZOMBIE BLADE" / W.T.

[Sinister Inklings]

Currently Sinister Inklings is in pre-production for a few films, each at varying stages, but the furthest along and most established thus far is CURSE OF THE ZOMBIE BLADE: A horror film that integrates Slasher elements with the well known theme of zombie infestation. It takes place in the back woods of Upstate New York and involves a murderous hermit who practices voodoo variants on the side. The script is roughly a third of the way complete. I'm curious as to whether anyone else thinks that it's a decent concept - or if the concept itself dooms the movie to chessiness... We havn't been writing it to be intentionallly chessie, so...

Thanks Krawl. It's good to hear that. We were concerned that, even if we avoided it during production, that the idea itself was lame. Ya know what I mean? We've been writing the script around what we have access to and so far it's been easy - we just don't want it to seem like the production values were as low as they actually are going to be... Heh...
