Need input on my new short

Ok, just finished my first ever horror short and I need some input.
(besides having better actors...they were free)

Everything i have learned (shooting and editing) has been from books and Troma movies......so i have pretty thick skin. let me know what you think.

I thought the actors were very good... overall great short- realistic violence and genuine laughs. Hope you make more. I liked your Haunted commercials, too.
