possible short film?

I have a rough idea going through my head that's a little sketchy right now, but I'll give you what I have.

A woman wakes up from taking a bath and begins to get dressed etc. A few moments later she gets in a brutal domestic accident (haven't quite figured out what yet). She cannot reach a phone so she lies there, and eventually falls asleep. When she wakes up, she finds herself in the bathtub again, and things seem to be repeating themselves...

Okay so this is all I have, thought it could work for for maybe a thirty minute flick. Any suggestions? Thoughts?
