i'm thinking of doing a stop motion horror film. [black and white]. I'm in need of ideas and need to know what kind of camera would work best shooting a stop motion film? camera angles? music?
i'm thinking about using animatronics and using clay and will use anything I can find like rusty old sp**ns, nails, car parts, etc....

first off you need a table and a board cover it with clay or just clay that stays soft. it will cost you 2 to 3.50 a pound you will also need a painted backdrop. on canvas or cardbord use acrlic paint. lighting is you best friend darks and lights will give that scary feeling. you will need wire armatures in the figures so they hold up. the ones in nightmare are latex plastic and metal not clay but both work. trees are complex make a rod cover it with clay or paper mache to save money and paint. use wire for branches. if you need more info just ask

I wish I could remember justin C's website right off hand. Really great original creative stop motion material!
