Hey all. Two years ago I wrote a screenplay titled "stranded" it was pretty rough and not that great but it was my first original script and feature length movie. I had planned to film it in the summer with my two best friends. However...schedules conflicted and the
closer we got to the film festival in our town (february 11th) the more pressed for time we got. So now that it was winter, and one week before the festival entries were due we had to film a "summer" horror flick, in -20 degree minnesota weather. So we had to make script changes and all of that, and eventually were told that film festival entries were only allowed tobe 15 minutes in
length. so we had to basically paraphrase the movie. we had an old sony handycam and basically shot a shortened version with no script, in t-shirts and fake blood, in -20 degree weather...thank god we didn't die...two years later, and now owning a canon gl2 and having plenty of free time on my hands. I have begun revising and rewriting the script for Stranded... My two friends and I decided to do our story that we loved so much some justice, and instead of letting it fade away in the past, we'd revise it and complete it the way it was meant to be completed. So with that, I bring you the first few stills from the movie. I dont know how to export the frames from premiere with really high quality so these might not look the best but it's a general idea.
it's not much but you'll get the idea as i post more. Hopefully i can find a way to get higher quality stills. Also, whats the best way to export my movie from premier. If i can get the highest quality possible to export my film and find a place to upload it i can post a link to the trailer. But i dont know where to upload or what i need to export it as. thanks,
bailey
