My name's Sonny Fernandez, this is technically my third flick, the last flick "Bleed" is coming out in January from Brain Damage films. This one is Cold Blooded, a were-wolf movie. The basic idea is there's a group of folks who end up in a town completely full of were-wolves, and they've got to get out alive. Why's the town full up with wolves? Well, there's more to it than that, but there's your basic plot. After Bleed, which is a smart, heavy, really high concept kinda movie, I wanted to make something fun and fast and bloody. So that's why I decided to make this type of movie. Like Bleed...it's not a low-budget movie...it's a NO budget movie, but I wouldn't have it any other way- Here's the trailer in all it's glory. Check it out- www.youtube.com/watch?v=SRwLEDQC1MUIf you don't have the time for that, here's some quick pics- Here's a behind the scenes pics of one of the wolves. I get a lot of flack for those big "Howling" ears, but The Howling is my favorite were-wolf flick, so they had to have those ears...and those TEETH. But they're not all this extreme..this one is used for a biting gag...those teeth sink into flesh real good. Hmmm, I think tha'ts enough. These are just a small taste, there's SO much to the flick. If you'd like to see ALL the pics, check out the blogs at my MYSPACE page for all the pictures and up to date info on the flick. www.myspace.com/sonnyfernIf you like the pics, please watch the trailer, it's the best way to get a taste of what the movie is like.

I want to make a werewolf! Nothing wrong with big ears unless it makes it look like Bugs Bunny.

You know making a were-wolf costume isn't as hard as you'd think. We had about 4 full suits, 3 upperbody suits and about 8 different heads to wear and 3 where the mouth and eyes were move-able not to mention the 4 or 5 we used for gunshots and explosions, but they were re-usable. The most expensive thing was the fur, which I actually bought in yards from fabric warehouses and even wal-mart when I got desperate. I didn't want my wolves to have the usual look, wanted them to be quite darker than usual and I didn't want them to be stiff, I wanted lots of movement. This is actually an early behind the scenes shot, just testing out one of the earlier suits.
